Behavior Interactive is reaching out to players through a comprehensive survey for in-depth feedback on their flagship asymmetric horror title, Dead by Daylight. They're inviting players to provide candid responses, promising anonymity for more open and truthful feedback. However, it's worth noting that players' provided responses may be correlated with their in-game activity, including any purchases made within the game.

Recently, Behaviour Interactive has used social platforms to spread the word about their Player Satisfaction survey. They've made it clear that the primary goal is to understand players' genuine sentiments regarding Dead by Daylight. Even though individual responses will not reveal personal identities, they could potentially be analyzed alongside respective in-game behavior data.

In a particularly intriguing move, after quizzing players about the game's most recent antagonist, Chucky, the survey probes players for their opinions on several inventive new game modes. Among these are Hide & Seek, Deceivers, Bumrush, and Zombie Tag.

The zombie tag introduces an interesting twist where one randomly chosen Survivor transforms into the pursuer. Once they incapacitate another player, their roles switch. The transformed Survivor will remain in this pursuer role permanently. This game ends when the sole Survivor remains. Conversely, Survivors closely resembles the mechanics of Among Us. Players work collectively to accomplish tasks, yet among them are "Deceivers" whose objective is to silently take out the others. After every round, a debate ensues where players determine who they suspect is the Deceiver.

Another proposed mode, Bumrush, also captures the imagination. Maps are designed with more objectives, and the pace of movement is increased twofold. Survivors can be incapacitated up to two times, following which they have a 20-second penalty before returning to the game.

Players eager to impart their insights or express their views on these proposals or on the horror game as a whole are encouraged to visit the Behaviour Interactive website. The survey is estimated to take about 20 minutes. The data collected will be utilized to enhance and fine-tune the gaming experience in Dead by Daylight.
